This is not a show car – There is paintwork, some rust, a fender roll that needs to be re-done (has waves), PDR plug in rear quarters, windshield is not original, many rock chips, few dings, and other random imperfections. It’s a great candidate for a build/restoration. There won’t be many chances in the future to get a Quicksilver 6spd around this price range. It is 1 of 23 Quicksilver Turbos.
***ENGINE***
The 2JZ-GTE runs as reliable as you would expect. Compression was in the 170’s @134k miles. The 120k service was completed with a Greddy Timing belt kit. Recent 10W30 Mobil 1 oil change. Heat & A/C work.
– VSV’s or EGCV may be faulty causing some lag for the 2nd turbo, will most likely be switching to TTC
– Could use a set of valve stem seals, you will notice some smoke especially if it sits for a period of time.
